Services for Mr. Johnny Lee Polite of 6612 Cartwright Dr., will be held 1:00 PM Monday at Greenview First Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be Sunday, July 25, 2010 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Mr. Polite died Tuesday, July 20, 2010. He was born in Albany, GA, and was the son of the late Eva Lee Polite Jones. He was a member of Greenview First Baptist Church; he served his country honorably in the US Army for over 20 years and retired from Westinghouse after 23 years.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Margie Jackson Polite; sons, Ruben and Stanley Weston, Marvin and Clifford Polite; 14 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
